Welcome to BrainBox ED. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Overview

BrainBox ED provides CAPS-aligned, gamified maths practice for learners in Grades 4–7. Additional grades may be added in future.

2. Accounts

Parent or guardian accounts are required to manage learner profiles, subscriptions, and payments. Learner accounts are for educational use only and do not have access to billing or account management features.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. The first child is billed at R79 per month, with additional children billed at R59 per month. A 7-day free trial may be offered at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with other users’ learning experience.

5. Content

All content is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, BrainBox ED does not guarantee exam results or academic outcomes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
